Trees on both sides of the paths on Mariendaal Estate in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
Hi and welcome to my gallery! My name is Tim and I am a self-taught photographer from Arnhem, the Netherlands. The enthousiasm for photography was inspired by my mother. With her camera (and a few tips from her photography friends) I just went out and started making photos. I watched tons of YouTube videos, read articles and book, talked to other photographers and that is what I continu doing, learning something new with every shot. Pretty soon I found that I started seeing the world in a different way, started noticing things I never noticed before. Lights, shadows, compositions, colors, animals in the forest, majestic landscapes and the tiniest detail in beautiful flowers. The love for photography is not in pressing a shutter...

Wow Tim! What a wonderful landscape image..can not stop looking at it! The long road with the immense trees brings a great sense of peace and one can imagine walking that road getting some great exercise and enjoying all that nature has to offer there...like the warm dappled sun on your face, the sweet smell of the earth and of course sweet birdsong. A really great capture! L/F!
